# Sacred Sundays

Random Sundays we offer **Sacred Sunday Guidance Sessions**. Taking place in our **Open Mic Voice Channel**, this will consist of **group guided meditations, breath-work, guided how to's, improv movement sessions, sound-healing therapy, nutrition & health, yoga, & much more**. **Collaborators** & **special gues**t from in & outside the community are welcomed to join in & **host their own version of Sacred Sunday**.
