Sacred Sunday 003 Starting off with breath-work, this Sunday we continued our trip through The Colors Thread & dived into the Chakras! This prepared us for next Sunday when we will go into the PH Scale & the Electromagnetic Spectrum of the Sun & how that connects with our bodies which will be hosted with AlkalineWithAdina. Realm members shared some amazing ideas & I can't wait to start executing them with you all.
